Estimados amigos y amigas:El propósito de este mensaje es informarles que hemos comenzado a trabajar en el II Festival Internacional de Vídeo Arte Camagüey, 2009. El Festival se celebrará en la ciudad de Camagüey (Cuba) del 27 de noviembre al 1 de diciembre del 2009. Nuestro Festival permite la oportunidad de presentar nuevas obras de vídeo-arte, de artistas emergentes o consagrados. La participación es abierta a todos los artistas nacionales e internacionales, sin distinción de edad ni sexo.
Si el Festival es de su interés, si es artista independiente, galerista, institución, curador o teórico del arte, para nosotros sería un placer poder contar con su participación. Le estamos invitando a realizar una propuesta para esta segunda edición.
El plazo para recibir proyectos y obras finaliza el 29 de agosto del presente año.

Le but de ce message C’est vous faire savoir que nous avons commencé à travailler pour le “II Festival International de Videoart Camaguey 2009” . Le festival aura lieu dans la ville de Camaguey (Cuba) du 27 novembre au 1° décembre 2009. Notre Festival offre l’ opportunité de présenter de nouvelles œuvres de videoart d’ artistes débutants ou consacrés. La participation est ouverte à tours les artistes nationaux et internationaux de n’ importe quel âge ou sexe.
Si le Festival est de votre intêret, si vous êter un artiste indépendant, représentant d’ une galérie (institution), curateur ou théoricien d’ art pour nous serait un grand plaisir de pouvoir compter sur votre participation. On vous invite à réaliser une proposition pour cette deuxième édition.

The purpose of this message is that of informing you we have started working aiming at the II INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF VIDEO-ART OF CAMAGUEY, 2009. The Festival will take place in Camaguey City, Cuba from November 27th to December 1st, 2009. Our Festival allows a chance to present the recient video-art works, the same of young or already consolidated artists. All artists, local or foreign, can participate with no age or sex distinction whatsoever.
If you are interested and you are an independent artist, art gallery or art institution representative, a curator, an art critics or anyone close to these areas, it will be a pleasure to count on your participation. We encourage you to prepare a proposal for this Festival Second Edition.
The deadline for the participating works and projects will be August 29th of the current year.
